Ida's words:
"I feel a lot for the figurative. It has always been this way. I sculpt and combine, many small components can become a larger entirety. Then everything can be taken apart in order to become components in a new context. The sculptures form stories for me. Like toys for a grownups.
Animals are recurring motifs that often take much space in my art. They fascinate me. Perhaps we are closer than we think. My work is a result of all my reflections on the relationship between man and nature. "
